My Passion

I am dedicated to serving the needs of the every day community which very appear to be about finding ways to manage and eventually overcome numerous stressors. We don’t have to look too hard to find people experiencing anxiety, loneliness, grief, fear and the like. I have specifically become practiced in techniques and tools that can reduce or alleviate stress and its related challenges, to ensure I can best meet the ongoing care within the global community.

About Christine

I became a qualified counsellor in 2015, after spending many years as an at-home mum to my three daughters. During those years, I found myself listening to many in the community, particularly parents, who were searching for meaning and purpose in their lives.

This inspired me to help others realise that meaning and purpose can be found in every moment, independent of external circumstances—we just need the right tools to uncover them. This passion led me to becoming an EFT practitioner in 2016, where I gained evidence-based techniques that truly make a difference.

Combining my own personal journey toward a deeply fulfilling life through the practice of philosophy and Vedic meditation, I am committed to helping others discover their own path to meaning, balance, and well-being, using the evidence-based tools and techniques I’ve gathered along the way.

How we feel and experience life is ultimately within our control, yet finding truly effective approaches can be challenging. My counselling style integrates EFT to enable clients to unlock their extraordinary potential with ease. This counselling combination offers simple, intelligent, lifelong tools to build confidence, clarity, and direction.

I work extensively as a family therapist, particularly with mothers navigating significant challenges in family life while also balancing career and workplace issues. In addition to my practice, I volunteer to run online parenting courses across Australia. I have developed and facilitated workshops on ‘Mindful Parenting’ and ‘The Mindful Workplace’ throughout Brisbane. My passion lies in supporting those who are experiencing feelings of overwhelm, exhaustion, and the pressures of a hectic lifestyle. Through my counselling and courses, people learn to establish balance and measure in their lives, alleviating doubt and fear and paving the way for lasting happiness, confidence and contentment—the true essence of success.

Furthermore, I worked as an emotional assistant in Bond University’s Chronic Pain Clinical Research Trials under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Peta Stapleton, as well as during EBEFT’s practitioner training and Trauma training. These experiences have reinforced my understanding of how people can find deep purpose and functionality by releasing limiting beliefs and redirecting their focus towards their true nature and purpose. In my view, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) serves as an effective tool for facilitating this transformative process, leading to significant and lasting change.
